RCA D52W19 Power issue

I have an old RCA D52W19 rear projection tv with a power problem. I am trying to remove the power board from the back of the tv. The boards are on a black sliding tray that slides on rails. The tray is coming out about halfway and then something prevents it from coming all the way out. Does anyone know how to release the tray so it slides all the way out?

Someone on another site told me how to get it out. But I appreciate the link to the manual. Yes, I was going to attempt to repair it without a manual based on forum and you tube info. Apparently this particular issue is common, and there is physical evidence of the bad capacitor. HOWEVER, for 8 bucks, I am going to get the manual. It's a spare tv so I'm in no hurry to fix ***.

Just to eek by till I felt LCD prices had fallen enough. It was some Tosh with a tray of electronics and I had to lie on the floor with lights and flashlight to see what it was.
