I need something that will allow me to record video and audio using RCA cables out to my PC using a USB input. Is there a converter that will get the job done?

Thank you

You need a "video capturing" device and software to do that...or use a standalone dvd recorder.

The link finds the usb video capture things that folk use for this. So you asked for the thing, so that's the thing.

Here's where folk lose it. It's finicky, some don't work on Windows 8 and the list goes on and on.
