RAZR V3C Problem

Dec 25, 2005 9:32PM PST

Well I got the Razr v3c on Saturday and I already have a problem. Today I noticed that the top right corner of the metal keypad is loose like it came unglued or something. I bought it at Best Buy, at full retail price but did get 10% off. Can I return the phone to Best Buy and get a new one or do I have to call Verizon to get it replaced?

The have supplied you with a faulty piece of equipment. It is their responsibility to repair or replace it for you, or offer you a refund.

you should return it...since you bought it at best buy, its their problem that the phone is defective . a word of friendly advice, whenever you buy a phone, make sure you ask if the phone has ever been taken out of the box !! because sometimes at kiosks, the employees take the phone out of the case and let people smack them around. you always want a phone that is sealed in the package

Check your receipt for return policy. I would take it back to Best Buy! They would be able to swap it for you.
