I'm encountering new to PC folk that demand that the startup be flawless. They won't accept the usual digital noise or screen jitter that you see in many of today's designs.
If the white dot goes away as the PC boots, then you should not fix it but learn that PCs for decades have done this and more during boot.
When I turn on my system (Specs Below) I get this white dot on my screen, It happens 1st Turn on the PC the poof a white dot Any help?
Also when turn of the PC from the PSU, click the power, then turn back on the PSU, then click the power again things work find I can restart the PC.
It's when it shuts down but sometimes it doesn't happen. It was recently built (From old parts as well).
