Question

Random Shutdown?

Apr 16, 2015 4:32AM PDT

Okay so, I have a Toshiba Satellite E55-A5114 and it keeps shutting down on its own. I'm running Windows 8.1 and I think its a software issue but I cant seem to find it. I'm using Toshiba's PC Health Monitor and it says my battery health is perfect and CPU in within operating temperatures. I opened up my laptop and took what little dust there was inside out. I ran a scan through cmd where I proceeded to defragment files and fixed corrupted ones. Now cmd scans come up clean as well. Everywhere I look I come up with no answers. My computer shuts down whether its on or off the charger. I don't know what to do. Can I please get some help?
