If Windows' event viewer says no more than that the system wasn't correctly shut down (and didn't tell what happened to cause it to shutdown) and there was no blue screen with an error number, a common issue is heat:
- check the fans
- clean the inside of the case
- don't overclock
- renew the heat paste around the CPU

Thank you. Those things actually appeared in my screen, so what could be the reason?

Let's hear what appeared on your screen.

If you did see fans, heat, etc. on the screen this is good news as Kees pointed out.

How to fix depends on the machine. For most machines a good cleaning of the vents and heatsinks will do but on other machines you find failed fans, cracked heatsink compound and that's work that's a little advanced.

In some machines the problem is worse in that a board even when cleaned, new heatsink compound or fans are installed still shuts down so you are replacing boards.

An overheating power supply, due to a malfunctioning fan, can cause a computer to shut off unexpectedly. Continuing to use the faulty power supply can result in damage to the computer and should be replaced immediately. ... Instead, verify the fan on the side of the computer is working and blowing out hot air.

Your power button might be compromised. Sounds to me this button is the issue here. Or the heat, check your fans are running correctly. Good luck
