Have you checked your temps?
For the last 2 weeks now I have been encountering the problem of my computer randomly shutting down, afterwords my monitor won't come on unless I shut down the computer about 3 times.
At first I thought it was a power supply issue, and since I wanted to upgrade my system in few ways anyways, I bought a new power supply. I have upgraded my RAM from 2 GB to 8GB, replaced my GeForce 9600 with a Geforce GTS 250, replaced my monitor with a new 23" LG, got the 2010 Bitdefener total security and replaced my 500w allied power supply with a new 750w corsair non-modular power supply.
With all this I had hoped that the random shut downs would stop, so I decided to stress test my system, and play Dawn of War 2, since most of the shut downs happened when I was gaming. Of course it shut down, with in 30 minutes of me playing.
My question is this, what is it that is causing my computer to shut down and what can I do to solve this? System specs as follows
