Now new and improved with auto-beer style technology!

Welcome to the random beer name generator. Tired of working long hours to come up with original beer names? Wonder how clasics such as 'Delerium Tremens', 'Fat *******', and 'Toad Spit Stout' were named? Need something better than 'Batch 54 Brown Ale' to impress your friends and family? Look no further, the world's greatest beer naming technology, once only available to Charlie Papazian, has been recently declassified and is now at your fingertips. Pour yourself a homebrew, pull up a chair, and start clicking -- soon your buddies will be saying 'I love this Madonna's Farty Wombat Porter so much better than that old Batch 27 Porter you served yesterday!'.

Total possible unique names: 27703620

A few of the "keepers" I generated include:

Flaming Poison Tripel
Hamburgler's Farty Centipede Rauchbier
Smelly Cat-Pyramid Bavarian Dunkelweizen

Fun time-waster Grin

It just sort of rolls right off one's tongue Grin

as an aside: Isn't it just too weird that "W-A-N" is filtered out, but "Fat *******" in my original post was not? I remember reading something about that particular thing in Forum Feedback, I think.

Anyway, have a great day, and let us know when you begin your brewing. We will gather together for taste testing (I will let you go first Wink )

Guess I would have to agree for many of these, Cindi.

Not real appetizing - but funny in it's own weird if-you-drink-enough-of-what's-in-the-bottle kind of way Grin

I guess I'd have to agree with you there!

They used to brew BAD FROG beer not far from my old house. Some states banned the beer because of the label.

It actually wasn't a bad little brew!

Some examples I got:
Apr 17, 2005 8:53AM PDT

1. Sloshed Beaver Koelsch (Certain aspects of date rape attend to this one, IMO)

2. Phat Bob and Doug McKenzie Schwartzbier (That's good beer from the Great White North, eh?)

3. Cranky Hippo Extra Special Bitter (Anything named after a PO'd 5 ton mammal is NOT something I'd try!)
