ram vs. hard drive?

Im torn between 2 laptops. One has 3GB ram & 500GB hard drive. The other has 4GB Ram and 320GB hard drive. Im a "home user" that takes lots of pictures and uses itunes a lot. Price doesnt matter as both are currently the same price. The bigger hard drive has a Pentium dual-core processor. The other has an Intel Core i3 processor. Any suggestions?
