RAM, Motherboard and Processor FSB

When I looked up the D865PERL motherboard (the one I will be using) on Intel.com, I found the Tested Memory page, which can be found here:
http://pentium.com/design/motherbd/rl/rl_mem.htm
Anyway, I noticed it seemed to say with a 533 MHz processor, I need DDR333 RAM, rather than DDR400. Is this correct? Just making sure.
