RAM CL10 Problems

Hello people I need a help I am sorry my poor in english.

my computers a have problem about ram.

thats my computers for good but I buy new Ram 8GB DDR3 1600MHZ CL10 1.5V don't working what happend no idea

And is that 1 DIMM @ 8GB or 2 DIMMs @ 4GB each for a total of 8GB?

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
