I am haveing trouble with sata onboard raid
I was wondering if a raid card would work better and if so could anyone tell me of a pci or pci express raid card that is a no brainer.
I have no problem with putting in new motherboard.

tried to get to solve the problem with the existing SATA RAID controller???? Seems like a rather drastic solution that you are considering.

If you are asking for with help for the existing system. Tell us all about it, what mobo, CPU, Chipset, SATA chipset [if separate]. What Op System, specific info on the two hard drives being used for RAID, what type of RAID are you trying to set up?

What are the symptoms for not working.

Thought it was clear.What i want to know is of a no brainer sata raid0 card.That configures it's self.
The drives are 80 gig maxtor 7200 sata drives.
I have not got the motherboard yet if i get one.
One i have now is asus P5GD1 that just doen not seem to be right one.
