* You need to use an administrative account to proceed, which you'll evidently need to get from your nephew as you surmised.
* In earlier versions of Windows it was quite easy to recover a 'lost' password, but now you're looking at purchasing a $100+ program to do so. (Better security comes with greater risks.)
* Windows needs the password of an administrative user to install the program. That's a Windows security precaution to prevent 'standard users' from installing potentially dangerous software on the computer. The password to access the service is for a subscription, which you'd have to purchase. (Like a subscription to a monthly magazine.) You can install URGE but it will offer you little unless you pay for the service.
* If URGE isn't an immediate option (and remember, URGE is being replaced), searching through Yahoo or Google is another. However, be careful to avoid pirated (stolen/illegal) and potentially dangerous content. URGE is an actual music service with direct access to radio stations and CD tracks while a general web search just finds websites which may or may not contain what you're looking for.
