radarsync comlaints & c-net

I have done some research after the fact about this company and have found alot of other complaints about them, and many are the same thing over and over for the last 3 years. I have 16 updates on my computer that were all downloaded and installed. They don't work or there old versions and my computer has newer ones on it.
I have sent them at least 15 e-mails and it does no good, I even looked up the owner and sent him and e-mail, it did no good. I can't understand how c-net has continuely supported this company for the last 3 years. after looking at complaints on there site and alot of them in other chat rooms, etc. Radarsync is based out of israel and I think doesn't really care about the complaints. C-net even had someone taking comlaint e-mails for them in 2006 and said the owner wanted things corrected in 24 hrs (LOL) its been 3mos for me, the complaint e-mail lady was Susan. I don't think I will trust c-net"s advice totally anymore. This company needs to handle problems or get out of the Business this isn't the 90's boys.
