It also gets pretty warm in Israel in the summer -- could get funky on those buses.
Israeli bombs and missiles loaded with pig fat could be a nice touch though.

I thought pork and its byproducts were also forbidden by the Judaic dietary laws -- or do the Muslims take the prohibition to a further extreme?

way back in the early '60s there was a huge influx of Indian/Pakistani immigrants to england, i remember there was a case (in the north)where public transport workers refused to use the ticket machines because they were using an animal (read pork) fat based grease in them...
that was 40 years ago, we can only assume that things have gotten worse...
