Quora Agrression in SEO

Quora became so aggressive in SEO with the introduction of the new feature, allowing the people to add Signature after giving the answer. So this website also became as one of the SEO platforms.

While good for SEO, it's a lot of unneeded noise.

And to me it's a distraction to forum conversations and takes up space. If people want to know about you, we have the CNET member profile page for your use and every username/handle is linked to it.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
