and have recently gone from 2007 to 2010. I've experienced no problems updating my account on line. You didn't say if you'd ever had it working and that now it has stopped. I do know that there was a recent outage at Chase for some sort of update but it didn't affect my login. Quicken relies on your having an on line account that you access with a username/password and you need to duplicate all of that information in the software. You have an account # or #s and a password "vault". That vault contains your login information that you'd use if going to their web site to access your account, pay credit cards, etc. Did you set this up and get it working at one time?
Quicken 2008 for Windows not connecting to Chase to update my account activity. Just wondering if this is happening to others.
Suspect Comodo firewall but turning it off doesn't help.
