He will argue that the money is being needlessly wasted. He will then complain that Bush is outsourcing "tech" jobs. Does he forget that a willingness to spend money on them is the best way to create them?
Kerry has a poor space policy and is no friend to space science, engineering and exploration. He has voted numerous times to cut NASA Funding and to terminate the Space Station Program. ISS and Shuttle are two words that are missing from his vocabulary and thinking.
