Quick Launch

All of my quick launch icons are located to the right of both dividers cannot move icons

The most common issue is the taskbar is locked. So here's a link about that.

Once that is done I find folk struggle to get the pointer to just the right pixel to click and hold then drag things around.

You bring up a great point. Was this feature blundered in some way that today's computer users would not be able to use it?

Fiddle I Did

I got back in there locked, unlocked, moved, moved back happen to look up and everthing was back in order so I immediately locked the taskbar.
