While it looks OK to me, I usually take any suspect item and put it into httpL//www.google.com and see what turns up.
Hijackthis also has its own forum for people to post logs for review. They are quite good at this and I'm going to stick with the OS and not Hijackthis as what I'll do best. I hope you understand...
