Question

Questions for a CAT surveyor

My team is currently working on a construction project and we need to determine the location of several underground utilities. But since we don’t have the appropriate tools and skills to do that, we’re planning to hire CAT survey professional. So I just want to ask if there’s anyone here who knows the best questions to ask a surveyor before working with them? We just want to make sure that they’re reliable. Thanks in advance!

Not how it's done here.

Here the city planning office has ideas about who to contact.

Yep...

The city and utility companies already have such things mapped out and you call them and not your own company unless the city approves or licenses them. Besides, if this person was a project manager, he/she would already have such contacts and wouldn't bring the question to a forum. This was an obviously bogus OP from the beginning.
