Questions about dvd-rw disks

Sep 12, 2008 12:05AM PDT

First, will most stand alone dvd players (that hook up to your TV) read a dvd movie? Also, how many times (on the AVERAGE) can you erase and reuse a dvd-rw ????? any help would be deeply appreciated, Tks.

Used DVD+RW disks. Be sure to read your manual first so you get the right media type. But they are reusable up to 100 times or when they fail.

Always check your manual for what to use. It can matter and in older gear used to fry the machine if you stuck in the wrong type.
