1. Set up an RSS feed to this page.
2. Deals are posted as people post them. Take a look at the timestamps on the first page and you will get a feel for the frequency.
3. You will have to do some research on your own.

A. Deals are posted daily from hundreds of stores across the internet including stores like Amazon , Dell, Circuit City and many more including third party providers who are scouring the internet daily for new deals for Shopper.com
