Question for Miss Veronica

Mar 9, 2006 11:28PM PST

in yesterday's podcast the cellphones on a glider voicemail was missing and what we ended up hearing was only a few seconds of silence and then you guys give your reaction to the voicemail. Is that editing, or do you guys fake the reaction? Do you really listen to the voicemail live time? I imagined that the voicemail was a separate audio track, you guys give a couple secs of silence, veronica marks the time and then later inserts it. If thats how it goes, its pretty funny to hear the not-so-live-time reactions after "hearing" the voicemail.

anyways... How's it done?

again??

sheesh. I'm losing my touch! Yes, the phone calls are edited in post production. this is because they're mp3's, and i can't record on the same machine while i'm playing them back. that's funny, i knew i forgot something yesterday! sorry about that.
