Question for everyone

What kind of a laptop do you recommend for an engineering student at a large highschool that will need to be carried around and do image editing, small video editing, programming, and web page design along with the usually productivity-type stuff and music? If your a college student right now, what are you using? There are some limits to suggestions, though:
-Not a Mac/Runs Windows
-Uses an Intel Processor
-Has internal bluetooth (standard or option)
(If you can suggest one with an optional TV tuner, that would be fantastic)

I've been searching for a long time and am wondering what insights you might have. Any help/advice you have would be greatly appreciated.:-)
