Question About Word Macro

May 6, 2007 10:06AM PDT

Hi,

I have word file which needs formatting using a macro. Every line there is a set words and there dots in front of the word either two dots or three.
for example:
. . Ancient architecture
. . . Minoan architecture
based on the dots, I want the words to appear as Heading 1 and Heading 2.

That means, if there are 2 dots in fornt of the word then it should apply heading one and if there are 3 dots then it should apply Heading two.

Could some one please help me.

Thank you.
