Question about powering Cerwin-Vega Xls-28 speakers

Am considering a vintage Rotel RA-970BX (60 watts/ch) integrated amp to push a pair of Cerwin-Vega Xls-28 speakers. Was told the amp is built like a tank, but is it powerful enough for these speakers?

That's a well discussed question.

And the answers I see tell me that even a 20 Watt amp can push such speakers.
