Yesterday I got funds from someone, can he dispute/refund the transaction?

This is for Paypal to answer.

Beware of fake Paypal support but for now, if you have the money, all done. Usually the funds are held in escrow if goods were in transit until the buyer tells Paypal all good to go.

Yes. But once it's gone it's gone.

If you leave it in your Paypal account all bets are off.
