Aug 1, 2007 5:31AM PDT

My friend is having a problem with her O.E. The fonts won't change style or size. Can you help me help her?

Thanks, Valerie

In the document you write (doesn't work with incoming documents) set the format to "rich text" in stead of "plain text". Just click it in the Format menu.
All's told in http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/ie6/using/howto/oe/personalize.mspx

This happens by default if you respond to somebody sending a message in plain text. There's a fair chance he will read your message in plain text also, so he won't see the fonts you use. Better check with the receiver in such a case.

Hope this helps.

I tried that and it didn't change anything. I tried lots of things and I'm stummped. I'd just start her a new email system but she's elderly and not quick to remember.

Thanks anyway.
