Question about my denon pre amp and denon power amps??

I have a denon 5500 pre amp and 2 poa 6600 power amps.. Should i leave them both on or one.. Im not really sure.. I mean i have had them for a while and i always shut them down. Just want to make sure I'm not messing up this system.. Thank you for time
