Question about McAfee SiteAdvisor

I have Windows XP. Is it safe to use McAfee SiteAdvisor? I was wondering because of the whole McAfee debacle. Thanks!

some prefer WOT. I prefer WOT but that is just my own opinion. They do basically the same thing. I would not classify one better than the other.
