Question about Forte Agent NR

I have Forte Agent 2.0 and when I go to download a file it is "suppose" to have a green tab next to it showing that the file is indeed downloaded. Well, I down't get a green tab PLUS I can't find the file ( which should be in my data folder located in Agent file in my programs. Any help is deeply appreciated.
