Question about Flash Drives of Windows on Mac

I want to buy a Flash Drive that list it is for windows, but I might also use it on a mac, will the mac be able to read it?

An example is the Ativa? U3 USB 2.0 Flash Drive.

what the sites read says it is for the various windows, but does not list mac, so will I but stuck if I want to use it on a the mac os x?

There are flash drives with u3 and some without:

So, I can use a flash drive with u3, but just don't use the features, correct?
