Thanks.

Clarification Request
I waited a few days to answer.

This is a good question but isn't this something the maker or seller should answer? That is, is the seller and maker so disconnected or does not know their product that they can't answer questions?

If so, why would folk buy such a thing?

How do I know about it before hand?

It gained a lot of praise when Transformer TF101 hit the shelf and was the third(or the forth)popular pad in the year of 2011. However, It is not as good as HP touchpad in some area.

You know by asking the maker and seller.

What I'm finding today are sellers that don't know their products. They sell boxes. If you have a question they are lost.

This is why I ask the maker next and if they can't answer then it's no sale.

How else can we correct the system?
Bob
