Question??

I have noticed under some of the Moderators names there is an e-mail address...semods etc. It use's Outlook Express as a server which I prefer not to use Outlook because of problems with it in the past.

If the occasion ever came up where one wanted to use that e-mail address to e-mail that Moderator, would the end results be the same by sending the message via your own e-mail server and how would it be directed to him.

a. Outlook Express is an e-mail client, not a server.

a1. Yes.
a2. Just like any other e-mail. Since how e-mail works is widely documented, I won't duplicate that in this small space.
