I just hooked up a new pic and I ant use the number zero or the letter o ? Need help also can't find product number I see where it's supposed to be but there is a sticker over some of letters says Microsoft on it.

you looking for the Product Key and it's covered up? There are some letters and numbers that look the same so Microsoft doesn't use those in it's Product Keys.

Lol I would but it's brand new and Xtremely X pensive I'll call geek squad I have two year service with them thought I'd try myself before that step try for advice though Happy

Here's the deal on Windows 10 product keys.

The sticker would NEVER show your activation key due to a huge change in how Microsoft licenses Windows. Windows 10 uses "digital entitlement" so until you clarify what you are looking at and why, we'll be stuck with going back to the supplier.
