Question

Quality of Monoprice cables

Aug 25, 2011 9:06PM PDT

I have just purchased a Marantz CD player and integrated amplifier. Is the quality of Monoprice's RCA audio cables sufficient for my new equipment? Do I need to spend as much as $40 for a 1.5 foot analog cable?

I think it's fine.
But if you want to convince yourself, find a shop that will let you try and return the cable if you don't hear the difference.

Those Amazon Basics HDMI cables. For under 10USD I get the latest HDMI with everything cable.

Cnet editors often recommend Monoprice cables. They say they use Monoprice in their own labs and see no need to spend more.
