Why not pop your URL into the QR code and that heads to your storage site?

I was wondering if anyone knew an app or program that could use custom QR codes to pull up documents stored on the device?
I am imagining creating QR code stickers for pieces of equipment that can be scanned to pull up the user manual or warranty for that equipment. Please let me know if there is anything out there.

I'm looking to be able to pull up info immediately off-line without needing to download the files from a box site. There are tons of apps that have readers, but I need one that also has local file storage or can open local files from another app.
Sorry but I can't guess all your requirements but sure, your app scans the code, and launches the corresponding PDF or such doc.
Your basic programmer should be able to gen that up for you if that's all there is to it.

Now here's where you have to read between the lines. This app doesn't have to place the docs in the cloud. If you write it must be in the cloud, then you need to read more.
Again, there are apps out there, a budding programmer should do this in a month of less so yes, it can happen.

Im looking an existing file management app that uses the scanner to quickly pull up a reference document. The file could be transferred to the device from a computer or downloaded from a cloud site, but what I'm looking for is an app that can just pull up files that are already on the device.
But sometimes folk want an exact this, that and result. That's called a custom app. The more I read your posts and a little passing I'm going with 30 days and a cooperative inventive programmer.
Scanbot looked the closest so far but with a million android developers today, it's possible someone has written it but how to find them?
