Question

QLED TV picture

by dsn6707 / April 17, 2018 3:43 PM PDT

Hi, can someone PLEASE help? I have no idea what I've done but the picture on my Samsung Qled seems to have moved to the right, leaving a really weird bit of screen to the left which shows a blurred lined picture of what's on the screen. Any ideas how I can change it back so the whole picture is showing would be amazing.

Did anyone enter the forbidden Service Menu?

If so, get an estimate for a service call.

If this is in warranty, just call it in (and keep your misdeed to yourself.)

Menu!

I don't even know what the 'forbidden service menu' is. Not even sure if it was me that caused this working fine one day and weird the next.

Then it's time to make that call.

There is a service menu but here we never talk about it. Some other forums might but given how it can cause problems we don't. Besides the fact it's not documented.

Amazing!

Looked online and there's a whole list about secret menus. But the good news is the TV is now working, don't ask me how, but thank you
