There's the chip temp and the Tcase temp. I've only seen Tcase readings when we stick a thermocouple on the case so your chip temp is almost 20C lower so I don't see the issue.

I am using Q8300 which max temp should be 71.4°C compared to the official documentation:

Now when i open Hardware Monitor and do some multitasking with the pc this is what i get:

As you can see i am getting 70.0 C on the first core without even tryharding (thats just multitasking with Firefox + a light game such as Eve. Anyways the CPU temp is 52.0 C. So which one should i worry about. The CPU temp or the core temp?
