Drilling holes, what part of the building??? Lets see in an apartment you rent, not own. But a Condo you own.
I doubt that you could use the jack for the cable for your dish, since it will have the cable feed on it. John
I am moving into a new condo which will be finished by the builder for a Oct. 1 move in date.
So far the default CCR and Homeowners Bylaws say no satellite dishes and no drilling holes. I read that the FCC laws make it such that these anti-dish rules are unenforceable, with certain limits. Sounds like I can get my DISH but have to keep it hidden, like below my patio fence, which is doable for me (put it on a tripod).
But I am not sure if the DISH Network people can connect without drilling some holes. There are some default cable jacks in various rooms that come with the house (it's clear they want us to have cable, not DISH). Can the DISH people use those jacks so that they don't have to poke any holes?
Any insight on this would be greatly appreciated!
