Remove the new ssd and see if you can now get into the bios.
If so install your old hdd/ssd and boot the machine.
If that works grab the new ssd's drive fitness test from the maker.
Put the new ssd in an enclosure and run the fitness test.
installed a new ssd within the last 2 weeks (brand new) and now on start up getting the above msg check cable or cable failure and the laptop keeps looping to that screen, shuts off ,restarts ,fault screen and so on now and again it comes to the screen black with white txt
