PWR_FAN connector

Sep 17, 2005 11:54AM PDT

Can I use the PWR_FAN connector with a regular fan? MY PSU does not have a PWR_FAN header. (not sure if that is good or bad) So I thought I'd use a regular fan, to be mounted at the back, instead of "wasting" a perfectly good connector. Good or bad idea??

By the way I have a side fan and a fan at the back. No front fan. Can't put one in either. My Mobo is an ASUS A8N-SLI Deluxe
