hi guyz i just wanted to know if it is legal to use pictures from office.microsoft.com and put them on ur website!?!

and what about pictures that come up during google image search!?

thanx for the webste -- i got a lot better understanding of copyrighted pics. etc... but i was just wondering i could get a pic any website and alter it a little and also maybe change some colors using photoshop, then would it be legal or not??

Go find "Mickey Mouse". Change the colors and try it. You can safely bet you'll get some nastygram.

In the US there are ways around this such as parady or satire but you need a lawyer at times.

Best bet? Start drawing.

good post, i'm cracking up.
that's right if it is a bad idea to use other people's work WITH OUT their permission, BUT if you really want to get in trouble use diney's stuff....they will chase you down till there's nothing left.
