came home and was told the computer wasnt working. it had been working fine previously. upon starting, it just keeps restarting over and over. it gives me 3 options, last known good, safe mode and regular start but neither of them will work. i cant get try to repair if it wont let me on to anything. im not sure what make it is because the person who made it for me is no longer in business and he used different parts to make it.
can anyone help or is it toast?
ps. i dont know much about computers or terms so please reply in manner i can understand.
thanks, roy

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
