General discussion

purchased music won't play

Oct 16, 2008 2:58PM PDT

I'm so embarrassed to admit this, but how do you renew the licenses for music you've bought online. I have a Sansa e250 and it will not let me play any purchased tracks (other than mp3s). It keeps saying I need to sync my music. How do I do this? Is it automatic when you connect your player? If it is, why isn't it working?

Why that matters? Look closely at the original post. Maybe small details will help them find answers.
