Try using a free proxy server (google it)
But if the computer is loaded up with all sorts of tracers/keyloggers, it's better off doing it at a friends house
Hello --
I'm not sure this is the right place for this question, but: I will need to check my email (web-based) and verify some data on a couple of sites using a "public" computer, that is, one that is in a library or cafe. The information I'd be required to enter would be, obviously, my email address and a name-password for an airlines site. I'm looking for guidance on 1)what's the best/safest place to do so, and 2)how do I protect myself.
Thanks -- Tosca
