A Los Angeles psychologist who was denied a tote bag during a Mother's Day giveaway at an Angel game is suing the baseball team, alleging sex and age discrimination.

Michael Cohn's class-action claim in Orange County Superior Court alleges that thousands of males and fans under 18 were ''treated unequally'' at a ''Family Sunday'' promotion last May and are entitled to $4,000 each in damages.

Leave It To One Mutha To Ruin Mother?s Day
May 11, 2006 10:02PM PDT

Some one needs to tell Dr. Michael Cohn, that it was a Mother?s Day Giveaway, not a Mutha?s Day Giveaway. Dr. Cohn needs to be informed that one must have a womb to be eligible for a Mother?s Day Giveaway. JP Cool

Not because that nut brought the lawsuit (it takes all kinds) , but because the tradition for the next give-away seemed to cave in to his nonsense.

He might have done it to advertise himself. Personally, I'd avoid his services like the plague! ;-(
