PSW10 in polk audio woofer

I have a 10in polk audio woofer with a built in crossover. Nice woofer. How would I set the crossover on my yamaha amp so the woofer takes full advantage of its crossover? Would I set the amps range high or low? Thanks

If you can't buy pass the built in crossover. Then set it the highest frequency it has and the crossover frequency in you receiver to 80hz. John
