PSU purchase advice

Hi to all,
i would like your help with choosing a new psu.
which of the following PSUs would be good for a system that has:
CPU i7 2600K(overclocked at 4,4GHz)
Motherboard Asrock Z77 Professional-M
GPU AMD hd 6870
3 HDDs,an ssd and an optical drive

i saw that the Seasonic 760 platinum(which is not on this list) is good but it costs 165 Euro and i don't want to spend so much money if i can do it by spending a little less. Would it be better to get that or would another one from the given list be good enough too?
